Sorry to hear you had a negative experience! I’m going on a year with my set, and use it probably 2x a month and its still working in perfect condition.

But the downside was that the zipper broke after the second use and now Calpak wants me to come up with the receipt for any response. Odd as I don;t save receipts after 6 months and also odd that they have a 2 year warranty that they really don’t honor. No more of these. 🙂
